What we do with your details.

When you send a quote request, a calibration booking or an enquiry, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number and whatever you type in the message. We use it to answer you and to quote. Nothing else.

We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing. Where a quote requires a manufacturer to configure a system, we share only the technical detail needed to price it.

We keep enquiry records for as long as the commercial relationship is live, plus the period required by South African tax and company law.
